Open Source CRM eGovernment success story

In December 2007, Optaros delivered a first - Swiss enterprise scale - implementation of SugarCRM for the State of Vaud. The system, called REFEN, has been in production since begining of 2008. Today, a combined team of State and Optaros people is working on the upgrade of the initial release. I spent the Wednesday - Friday last week at the SugarCON conference in San Jose.
