Assembly Oriented Architecture

Optaros impressed me initially with the agility and responsiveness of their recruitment process from an initial response within a day through to a job offer within a couple of weeks. That good impression continued after I had joined as I appreciated the openness, responsiveness and genuine desire in everyone to do things smart and efficiently. This mentality permeates everything from the approach to sharing and collaborating, HR processes, through to engaging with clients. It's an environment that encourages you to contribute, share and grow all the time so you really feel like the more you put in the more you get out.
Working in the London office which has just started up means I am able to get involved and participate in all aspects of running a business from helping generate leads, business development, growing the team, figuring out commercial models and profitability for client proposals through to engaging on client projects. The breadth of exposure and energy of the small team here in London makes that commute from Oxford each day totally worthwhile. On every level Optaros hit the spot for me, technology, people and opportunity for growth.
