Shop.Org Annual Summit in Las Vegas is just around the corner, and we are pleased to share that Adam Michelson, our Director of Ecommerce Practice has been invited to participate in the popular Doctor Is In website critiques. Adam will be offering a session 20 to Social, which will offer retailers a simple process to decide what social features to implement for maximum impact. In my blogroll this week, I pulled out a blog with Shop.Org in site which speaks to the choice of the Q&A blog post with Terry Lundgren, CEO of Macy's, along with innovative use of customer content by PETCO, and finally a link to the blog on US retailers using mobile commerce.
