We're looking for people who can write great code, design elegant solutions, build our infrastructure, lead our people, and help us to scale. As a consulting company, we provide opportunities to be challenged with each new assignment. Now we're expanding into new markets and new business offerings.

ONE is an incredibly fun week in the Boston office where all new employees learn the Optaros strategy and OPTAM methodology, along with project and consulting ‘best practices’. We run it the Optaros way - it's about building a learning community, and it asks for the unique contributions of each participant. Members of each ONE "class" forge strong bonds that last long after they've returned to their home offices.
